Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
At The Hive Reformer Pilates Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences in a small-group environment. Due to the limited number of reformers available and the impact cancellations can have on other members, the following refund policy applies to all bookings, memberships, packages, workshops, and events.
1. Class Bookings
Single Class Bookings
* All class bookings are non-refundable.
* Bookings may be moved to another available session if more than 48 hours' notice is provided.
* Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited.
2. Class Packages
Class Packs (Including 4, 8, or Other Session Bundles)
* Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Expiry dates apply as stated at the time of purchase.
* Extensions will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management.
3. MembershipsMonthly Memberships
* Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
* Unused classes do not roll over unless specifically stated within your membership agreement.
* Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing in accordance with your membership terms.
4. Private Sessions (1:1 & Small Group)
* Private sessions require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule.
* Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and are not returned as class credit
* Failure to attend a booked session will result in the session being deducted from your package.
5. Workshops, Courses & Special EventsThis includes (but is not limited to):
* Sound Bath Events
* Pilates & Brunch
* Pilates & Lattes
* Masterclasses
* Guest Instructor Events
* Wellness Evenings
Cancellation by Participant
* More than 14 days before the event: Transfer to studio credit.
* Less than 14 days before the event: No refund available.
. 6. Retail Products
Including:
* Grip Socks
* Drinks & Refreshments
No refunds are available on the above items if opened or used for hygiene reasons.
*Merchandise
All merchandise is made to order and cannot be refunded. Please ensure you order the right size.
7. Studio Closure or Cancellation by The Hive
If The Hive Reformer Pilates Studio cancels a class, workshop, or event:
* A replacement session, studio credit, or refund will be offered.
* The choice of remedy will be determined by The Hive based on the circumstances.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved at the discretion of the management:
* Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
* Processing times may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider and may include an admin fee.
